I believe in an eclectic approach and in tailoring therapy according to the client’s needs. A collaborative approach is key in achieving the goals of therapy – with an emphasis on improvement in the family and clients’ quality of life. Treatment approaches that I have often employed include Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Mindfulness based strategies.
