My objective is to help you achieve your goals and feel better about your emotional well-being and your life. We can work together on increased self-awareness, confidence, healthy decision-making and overall improvements in life. I am available for support, empathy, and guidance. I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques. However, I believe everyone is unique, and I am flexible in my approach to meet your need.
