Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Psychology. My objective is to help you achieve your goals and feel better about your emotional well-being and your life. My initial goal is to help you feel like this is a “safe space” to discuss your personal challenges.
I have many years of experience helping individuals navigate depression anxiety, relationships, addictions, and a host of other life issues. I work with many populations including teens, young adults, adults, and older people. I have worked in substance abuse treatment centers, correctional institutions as well as family counseling centers. We can work together on increased self-awareness, confidence, healthy decision-making and overall improvements in life. I am available for support, empathy, and guidance. I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques. However, I believe everyone is unique, and I am flexible in my approach to meet your need.
